How to score Rummy
In basic Rummy, the player who goes out scores the value of the cards left in everyone else's hands: face cards 10, aces 1, number cards their face value. Play to an agreed total such as 100.

In Rummy 500 everyone scores their own melds and subtracts the cards left in their hand, so totals can go negative. First to 500 wins.
